Tristan Nickelson

Tristan Nickelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and project management within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager at Hardhat Workforce Solutions since May 2023, Tristan manages large utility scale solar projects and has demonstrated a strong ability to generate significant revenue, contributing $4 million in Q2 2023. Previously, as a Senior Account Executive at Workrise from February 2021 to April 2023, Tristan maintained strategic relationships with major utility scale contractors and was recognized as the top producer for four consecutive years. Tristan’s earlier roles included Renewables Account Manager at RigUp and Project Manager at HCS Renewable Energy, where oversight of a large construction team for a 300-megawatt solar farm was a critical responsibility. Tristan's foundational experience includes being a member of the Edmonton Eskimo Football Club and the University of Texas at Austin's football team, where academic and athletic excellence was demonstrated. Tristan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
