Hans (Johannes) Meulenkamp has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Hans (Johannes) worked as the Group CFO at HARDI International A/S, where they focused on restructuring the industrial footprint and improving transparency through digitalization. Hans (Johannes) also served as an Executive Vice President & CFO at Ferrosan Medical Devices A/S, overseeing biomaterials manufacturing and working closely with board members.
Prior to that, they held multiple roles at GEA Group, including Vice President and CFO, where they transformed the company's financial accounting mindset to a business intelligent and controlling mindset. Hans (Johannes) also worked as a Special Projects Executive, responsible for cross-Segment performance improvements, M&A, and risk management. Additionally, they served as a CFO in Ireland, handling finance, accounting, administration, purchasing, and IT functions while also leading M&A activities.
Earlier in their career, Hans worked as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. and held roles as an Audit Assistant and Senior at PwC. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in financial reporting, risk management, performance improvement, and M&A activities in complex business environments.
Hans Meulenkamp completed their education with a High School Diploma from Madera High School in 1985. Hans (Johannes) then pursued a Bachelor's degree at Rungsted Gymnasium from 1985 to 1987. However, they did not complete their degree in Political Science at Roskilde University from 1987 to 1989. In 1990, they attended Niels Brock and obtained a Bacheloriate in Business Management in 1991. Hans later studied Finance & Accounting at Copenhagen Business School from 1992 to 1997. Lastly, in 2010, they enrolled at INSEAD and successfully completed the International Executive Program (IEP) in 2011.
