Elmer Cummings

Elmer Cummings has extensive experience in financial management, having served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Hardin Memorial Health from October 1997 up until retirement in February 2014. Cummings holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Murray State University, where studies were completed between 1973 and 1975, and also attended Shawnee Community College from 1971 to 1973.
