Marisa Tuzi

Marisa Tuzi, CHRP, has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Director of People & Talent at Harding Display since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading the development and operations of the People & Talent Department. Previous roles include serving as a People & Talent Business Partner at BentallGreenOak, focusing on employee relations and talent management, and various positions at The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited, where Marisa specialized in employee and labor relations as well as talent acquisition. An education background includes a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University and a Diploma in Office Administration from Durham College. Marisa is also active in mentoring and advocacy, chairing the PRIDE Alliance and supporting women's career development initiatives.
