Janine Santos

Janine Santos is currently the Fleet Manager at Harding+ overseeing 9 Viking Ocean cruiseships. Prior to this role, Janine served as a General Manager at Starboard Cruise Services onboard Royal Caribbean and onboard Princess Cruises. Janine has a diverse background in retail management, having held positions such as Store Manager at All Saints Retail Limited, Flagship Manager at River Island, City Manager at M&Co, Flagship Store Manager at Select Retail, and Dual Site Manager at Moda in Pelle. Janine has also served on the Board of Directors at St David's Dewi Sant Merchant's Association Ltd. Janine holds a Foundation degree from Oxford Summer School and a Level 3 NVQ management degree from JHP. Janine's educational background includes attending Whitchurch High School.
