Fila Bertrand

Fila Bertrand is an experienced professional in project management and organizational leadership, currently serving as a Faculty Member at Harding University in the Cannon-Clary College of Education since July 2021. Prior to this role, Fila held various leadership positions, including Vice President at Appfire, where responsibilities included founding the Enterprise PMO and advising executive leadership on strategic solutions. Fila's expertise extends to PDI Software, where a project management methodology was established, and PODS, where the first formal PMO for Technology Services was launched. With a career starting at Murphy USA, Fila has a strong background in driving organizational change and improving operational efficiency across multiple industries. Education includes a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Northcentral University, an MBA from Harding University, and a double Baccalaureate in Management and Marketing from the University of the Ozarks.
