Élodie Paulvé

Élodie PAULVÉ is a seasoned project leader with a rich background in application development and management, currently serving at HARDIS GROUP since April 2018. Previously held the position of Responsable Recette applicative at CGI, where responsibilities included managing testing strategies for a health insurance application, overseeing teams, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Élodie's experience at CGI also includes roles as a Chef de Projets and Manager RH, where leadership of engineering teams and project management for major clients were key responsibilities. Earlier career stages involved functional analysis and development of Peoplesoft applications at TEAMLOG and LOGICA, as well as software development using COBOL. Élodie holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from IAE de Grenoble and an engineering degree in Materials Science from INSA Lyon. Ongoing professional development includes participation in a MOOC focused on HR and Digital.
