Fabrice Rousseau

Fabrice Rousseau is a Consultant Manager at HARDIS GROUP since January 2014, overseeing a team of over 10 consultants specializing in WMS integration, focusing on management, organization, staffing, and performance evaluation, while optimizing client satisfaction and crisis management.
