Thomas Costes

Thomas Costes has extensive experience in strategic and operational leadership in the consulting and technology sectors, currently serving as the Director of the Business Consulting Unit at HARDIS GROUP since October 2019. His responsibilities include managing a team of 35 consultants specializing in digital transformation, driving business development, and overseeing financial performance. Prior to this role, Thomas contributed to various projects and team leadership positions at companies such as Bpifrance, Schneider Electric, SymbioFCell, Siemens Energy, Altran, and Landis+Gyr, focusing on innovation, process optimization, and product industrialization. Thomas holds an engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from ITII Lyon and is currently pursuing a GERME certification in managerial improvement.
