Yancan Wang

Yancan Wang is a seasoned Senior System Designer currently employed at SEGA HARDlight since September 2023. Previously, Yancan held significant roles at Lilith Games from April 2021 to July 2022 as a Senior System Designer and Social Design Team Lead, where contributions included ownership of the PVP and Ranked System in the game Dislyte, achieving a high user test score. Prior experience at Tencent Games spanned from July 2014 to April 2021, where Yancan was involved in high-profile projects such as League of Legends: Wild Rift and Asura, helping develop social systems, player progression, and various gaming economy features. Yancan's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Wuhan University.
