Megha Chandiok is an experienced professional in talent development and learning experience, currently serving as the Director of Customer and Learner Experience at HARDSKILLS since October 2023. With over 15 years at HCL Technologies, Megha progressed through various roles, including Group Manager and Senior Manager in Talent Development, focusing on customized training solutions and content development. Prior experience includes leading new hire training at IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd. and serving as a Senior Executive at Hutch.
