Arturo Salazar Lois has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Arturo started their career as an intern for User Experience at Full Sail University User Experience Lab in 2016. During this time, they shadowed the UX lab team and assisted in running tests for various games.

In the same year, they joined Black Banshee Studios as a Designer. In this role, they created game mechanics, coordinated with artists and coders, and updated design documents. Arturo also attended events and playtested the games.

Arturo then took on multiple roles at CelleC Games starting from 2016. Arturo worked as a Writer, where they were responsible for creating character descriptions, game lore, and flavor text. Arturo also handled social media posts and edited the team's writing. As a Studio Manager, their duties involved managing daily affairs and organizing team-building events. Additionally, they served as a Producer and Project Manager, ensuring smooth project execution.

In 2017, Arturo joined Missing Fish Games as a Game Designer. Arturo contributed to creating new game concepts, testing mechanics, and presenting games on social media and events. Arturo also worked as a Systems Designer, focusing on building blocks for boss encounters in a Dungeon Card game.
