Andrew Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Andrew currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Hardywood Park Craft Brewery starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Supply Chain Manager at the same company from January 2019 to July 2022, where they oversaw purchasing and negotiating, managed distributor partnerships, and supervised inventory counts. Before that, Andrew served as a Supply Chain Specialist from January 2018 to January 2019, where they orchestrated the merger of inventory and accounting software and managed purchasing and forecasting. Andrew also worked as a Logistics Coordinator from April 2015 to January 2018 and as a Packaging Specialist from May 2014 to April 2015 at Hardywood Park Craft Brewery.

Outside of Hardywood, Andrew was a Member of the Board of Directors at Beyond Boundaries since January 2021. Andrew also worked as a Media Buyer/Planner at White+Partners from November 2013 to June 2014, as a Media Coordinator at WFofR from July 2012 to November 2013, and as an Assistant Media Buyer & Planner at White and Partners from January 2011 to July 2012. Moreover, they served as an Intern at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service from January 2011 to May 2011.

Before their career in the brewing industry, Andrew worked as a Warehouse Manager at JED Mechanical from January 2008 to January 2011, where they managed inventory and ordering of materials and implemented process/workflow reorganization to improve efficiency.

Andrew Edwards completed their high school education at Chantilly High School from 2000 to 2004. Andrew then attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Andrew pursued their Bachelor's degree in International Conflict Analysis & Resolution at George Mason University. Currently, they are enrolled in Virginia Commonwealth University, where they are expected to graduate in 2023 with a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management.
