Aljernon Bolden is a seasoned software engineer with over a decade of experience in the gaming industry. Currently leading a team of 25 engineers at Harebrained Schemes since October 2010, Aljernon specializes in project architecture, workflow management, and mentorship, while contributing to various systems from UX/UI to gameplay. Prior experience includes roles as a Unity Developer and Embedded Developer at Smith & Tinker, Inc., as well as a Software Developer at Handheld Games. Aljernon holds a Certificate in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online and a Bachelor of Science in Game Design & Development from Full Sail University.

Acquired by Paradox Interactive in 2018, HBS has grown to support two full project teams.
