Guilhem Vallat

Software Developer at HarfangLab

Guilhem Vallat has been working in the software engineering industry since 2011. In 2011, they completed a research internship at the CNRS (Centre National de Recherche Scientifique), where they conducted research on crack propagation in materials and studied the shape of a crack front through numerical modeling. In 2013, they took on a research and development internship at senseFly, where they developed calibration devices for the eBee (a lightweight civil drone used for mapping missions). During this internship, they designed and implemented a test and calibration machine for the production devices. From 2014 to 2021, they worked as a software engineer at Aldebaran Robotics. Currently, they are a software developer at HarfangLab.

Guilhem Vallat attended Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) from 2008 to 2013, where they earned an Ingénieur Génie des Systèmes Mécaniques in Mechanical Engineering. From 2012 to 2013, they also attended Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne as part of an Erasmus exchange program, where they studied Génie Mécanique in the field of Robotics.
