Christopher Payne

Mr. Payne has 20 years experience in the areas of electrical, software, and systems engineering and has demonstrated expertise in algorithm and software development, project and customer relationship management, and subcontract negotiations and oversight. He is currently employed as a senior program manager with Northrop Grumman Corporation Space Systems Sector of Linthicum, MD, where he has worked since 2004. He previously worked for BAE Systems, Inc. in Patuxent River, MD.

Mr. Payne is a native of Rochester, NY and now resides in Joppa, MD with his wife Barbara and three children. Mr. Payne holds an MS degree from the University of Wisconsin in Platteville and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Hampton University. He is also a graduate of the Project Management Certificate Program at UC Irvine.
