Additionally, Wedge serves as a Member of the Harford County Chamber of Commerce and has been a District Sales Coordinator for AFLAC since November 2011, leading a sales team in providing supplemental benefits programs to businesses. Wedge's experience includes a critical leadership role at the Department of Defense, managing a 200-person directorate from 1989 to 2011, and serving in various capacities in the U.S. Navy, including as a Naval Flight Officer. Wedge holds a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and has experience in operations management and event planning through past leadership roles in community organizations.
