Karen Mashinski

Karen Mashinski has a diverse work experience in the insurance and financial industry. Karen began their career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, where they were responsible for planning, execution, and reporting for various clients. Karen then worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at PHICO Insurance Company, where they conducted financial, operational, and compliance audits. After that, they joined Millers Mutual Group as the CFO/Treasurer/Corporate Secretary and implemented new accounting systems to increase efficiency. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President/CFO/Treasurer at Harford Mutual Insurance Company. Throughout their career, Karen has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.

Karen Mashinski attended Penn State University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in 1990 and the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification in 1997.
