Joseph O'Connor

Joseph O'Connor is an experienced professional with a background in communication and media studies. Currently serving as the Investment Helpdesk Team Leader at Hargreaves Lansdown since November 2023, Joseph previously held the role of Help Desk Consultant. In early 2024, Joseph worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at Founded & Grounded, focusing on creating copy and social media content. Furthermore, as a Script Writer for the Metaphorically Speaking Podcast with Delia Dolor from November 2023 to March 2024, Joseph developed episode concepts and scripts. Prior experience includes presenting and producing talk shows at Leeds Student Radio from September 2021 to May 2023, alongside earlier work as a barista at Costa Coffee. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Leeds and A Levels from Dauntsey's School.
