Mark Hicks

Mark Hicks serves as the Head of Savings at Hargreaves Lansdown, where responsibilities include leading the strategic development of the savings proposition and ensuring operational targets are met. Previously, Mark was the Head of Bank Partnerships at Flagstone, where direct reporting to the CEO involved managing existing bank relationships and acquiring new partnerships in the UK. Additional experience includes roles as a Fixed Income Sales & Execution Trader at JB Drax Honore, a Vice President in Hedge Fund Rates Sales at Deutsche Bank, and a Design Technician at Balvac Rail Consultancy. Mark holds advanced degrees in Business Strategy and Financial Performance from INSEAD, as well as Engineering Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
