Rupert Gray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy and sports performance. Currently serving as a Product Strategy Manager at Hargreaves Lansdown since September 2020, Rupert plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing the company's product and digital distribution strategy, utilizing management information to drive decision-making and project execution. Prior to HL, Rupert held several roles at Inside Travel Group, including Digital Strategy Executive and Associate Product Manager, and gained significant experience in sports and conditioning as a Sports Massage Therapist at THE Medical and as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at multiple organizations, including Hartpury University and the University of Birmingham. Rupert holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Birmingham and completed an international year of study in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at The University of British Columbia.
