Arron Butta McIwm

Arron Butta MCIWM has a diverse range of experience in the waste management and environmental services industry. Arron is currently the Head of Commercial for Specialist Waste Services at Hargreaves Services plc since January 2023. Prior to this, Arron held the position of Business Development Manager at Cumbria Waste Group from June 2021 to January 2023.

From 2019 to 2021, Arron worked at Yorwaste Ltd, where they held various roles including Sales & Key Account Manager, Area Development Executive, and Business Development Executive. Before joining Yorwaste Ltd, Arron served as the Sales Director at Auckland Products Ltd from June 2015 to April 2019.

Arron has extensive experience at Auckland Environmental Services Ltd, where they worked from 2013 to 2018. During this time, they held positions such as Sales Director, Sales Executive, and Waste Operative. Arron also gained experience at Access Renewables Limited, working as Sales and Warehouse and later as an Apprentice Warehouse and Sales from 2011 to 2013.

Arron Butta MCIWM completed their education at Stockton Riverside College from 2009 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 Electrotechnology degree in the field of Electrician.
