Tara Higgins

Tara Higgins has over 20 years of experience in the event and experiential marketing industry. Tara currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Commercial at Encore, where they are responsible for creating memorable event experiences for organizations worldwide. Prior to that, Tara served as the President of Hargrove, LLC, a full-service event and experience marketing production organization. Tara also co-founded Rival Nation and held the position of Chief Business & Experience Officer. Earlier in their career, Tara held various executive roles at George P Johnson Experience Marketing, including Executive Vice President, Operations, Senior Vice President, General Manager, Vice President, Commercial Director, and Senior Account Director. Tara began their career at DaimlerChrysler UK as the UK Events Manager.

Tara Higgins pursued their education at Georgetown University from 2015 to 2016, where they completed a Global Executive MBA program. Their area of focus during this degree program was International Business.
