Molly Lyman

Molly Lyman is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program coordination, academic operations, and merchandising. As Co-Founder of R.I.D.E. 4 ALL since February 2023, Molly collaborates to promote inclusive practices. In the role of Program Coordinator at Haring Center since March 2020, Molly facilitates training for schools across Washington with a focus on inclusion. Previously, from December 2011 to March 2020, Molly served as Academic Operations Manager and Executive Assistant at City University of Seattle, where responsibilities included teaching, curriculum design, supervision of administrative staff, and program management. Early career experience includes working as a Merchandising Assistant and Account Executive at Cutter and Buck from November 2004 to December 2011, focusing on administrative support and data analysis. Molly holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Western Washington University.
