Nicola Black

Nicola Black is an experienced Impact Manager currently working at Hark since March 2024, and previously held the same position at EVERFI UK from August 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included impact reporting and managing data for clients such as Aldermore, EA, and Vattenfall. At EVERFI UK, Nicola developed bespoke impact frameworks for significant educational programs and conducted research relating to education and youth for various organizations. Prior to that, Nicola served as a Senior Impact Analyst and Senior Research Executive at Shift Insight, managing research projects and client relations. Early in the career, Nicola held roles as a Research Executive and Junior Research Executive, focusing on project management and qualitative research methods, along with a position as a Social Research Interviewer at NatCen Social Research. Nicola holds a degree in Sociology and History from Oxford Brookes University.
