Greg Sundgaard

Greg Sundgaard is currently working as a Program Manager and Senior Instructional Designer at Harkcon, Inc. since March 2021. Greg also owns Trailhead Performance Consulting, LLC as the Owner and Principal Consultant. With prior experience at various companies including VectorCSP and Dropped Objects Management Service International, LLC, Greg has a strong background in training and operations management. Their extensive career in the U.S. Coast Guard, culminating in the rank of Captain, provides a solid foundation for their current roles in consulting and program management. Greg holds a Master's Degree in Instructional Systems Design from the University of South Alabama.
