Catherine Ash-Vie

Catherine Ash-Vie has over three decades of experience in financial management and procurement, currently serving as the Financial & Operations Director at Harken Yacht Equipment since October 1999. In this role, Catherine oversees strategic and operational management across financials, HR, IT, warehouse and supply chain, purchasing, and global coordination of the Industrial Division. Previous positions include Purchaser at Rollalong, Buyer at Jawaby Oil Service Co Ltd, Group Buyer at Van Leeuwen, and various buyer roles at Hamworthy Engineering Ltd and Eberspacher UK Ltd. Early career experience also includes roles as Office Manager at Collins Yachts Ltd and Assistant Buyer/Merchandiser at Debenhams. Catherine began professional development as a Management Trainee at Harvey Nichols after completing education at Bryanston from 1977 to 1979.
