Drew Kosmoski

Drew Kosmoski is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in both engineering and hands-on fabrication. Currently employed as a Custom Engineer at Harken Yacht Equipment since July 2011, Drew has a strong background in product design and development, exemplified through previous roles, including Mechanical Team Member at the UW Hybrid Vehicle Team where design and fabrication of vehicle systems were key responsibilities. Drew's experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Cargill involved optimizing production processes to reduce costs, while early career work as a Youth Sailing Instructor at Milwaukee Community Sailing Center developed strong communication skills. Drew holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
