Asher Rosen

Judaic Studies Teacher at Harkham Hillel Hebrew Academy

Asher Rosen is an experienced educator and social worker with a strong background in Judaic studies and child welfare. Currently serving as a Judaic Studies Teacher at Harkham Hillel Hebrew Academy since August 2015, Asher specializes in teaching Chumash, Mishna, Navi, Parsha, and Holidays. Prior to this role, Asher worked as a Social Worker at Madraigos Midwest and as an Alumni Coordinator at Hebrew Theological College, where responsibilities included co-facilitating school-based prevention groups and assisting the Rosh Yeshiva. Asher's experience also includes serving as an Academic Counselor at Associated Talmud Torahs of Chicago, focusing on learning strategies and collaborating with various educational stakeholders. Asher holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Child Welfare from Wurzweiler Graduate School of Social Work and a High School Diploma from Hebrew Theological College.
