Melissa Klug has held various leadership roles at Harland Clarke from 2001 to present. As Vice President of Contact Center Operations, Melissa managed over 1000 agents and 5 facilities. As Executive Director of Contact Center Optimization, Melissa oversaw contact center call flow, routing, and workforce planning. Currently, as Senior Vice President of Contact Center Solutions, Melissa has overall responsibility for all Contact Center sites and daily operations.
