Tom Goldsmith

Tom Goldsmith has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Director of Plant Operations at Harland Clarke since November 1996, where responsibilities include overseeing a $300 million annual operation, leading daily operations at the Louisville facility, and managing a team of both direct and indirect reports. Goldsmith is proficient in Lean Manufacturing and Process Improvement, skilled in strategic planning and enhancing team performance through coaching and development. Prior to this role, Goldsmith worked as Manager and Assistant Store Director at Walmart's Sam's Club from February 1990 to November 1996. Goldsmith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, earned between 1990 and 1994.
