Gabby Cazeau

Gabby Cazeau is a Partner and Principal at Harlem Capital, a minority-owned early-stage venture firm dedicated to investing in diverse entrepreneurs. With a background that includes roles as a Venture Fellow and Spring VC Intern at Harlem Capital, Gabby has also served as a Board Observer for Singuli. Prior experience includes an internship at Microsoft focused on Mixed Reality Strategy and an advisory role at the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale, where coaching for startups and portfolio selection were key responsibilities. Gabby began a career at General Mills as a Process Engineer and Product Development Engineer. Academically, Gabby holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
