Donovan D.

Donovan D. currently serves as the Managing Director at Harlem Lacrosse, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Donovan D. was the Program Director at Leveling the Playing Field, Inc. from August 2023 to August 2024, focusing on project management and data analysis. Donovan D. has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, having worked as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at USA Lacrosse from May 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included program development and relationship building. Earlier experience includes serving as the Administrator - Championship Fellow at the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference and as the Security Manager at Steer Restaurant. Donovan D. holds a Master’s degree in Sport Administration from Canisius University and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness from Buffalo State University.
