Jenny Moe has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Teacher in Baltimore City Public Schools. After two years, they joined Harlem Lacrosse in 2014, where they held multiple roles. As a Senior Program Director, they were responsible for overseeing program operations and management. In 2017, Jenny was promoted to Executive Director, leading the overall strategic direction of the organization. Currently, they serve as the Chief Program Officer, leveraging their expertise to drive program success.
Jenny Moe attended William & Mary from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and History.

Harlem Lacrosse is a school-based non-profit organization that changes the life trajectories of youth through daily wrap-around academic support, mentoring, leadership training, college readiness career exploration, admissions counseling and lacrosse instruction. Our Program Directors maintain a daily presence in the schools and in the lives of the students we serve in order to build their confidence and activate the skill sets to help them reach their full personal potential.
