Brent S. is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in teaching and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Assessments & EdTech at Harlem Link Charter School since July 2021, Brent S. coordinates the administration and reporting of state and national assessments while collaborating to ensure data accuracy. With a tenure at Ascend Public Charter Schools beginning in October 2013, Brent S. has held multiple roles, including Teacher Development Coach for K-5 and Elementary Science Teacher, focusing on curricular initiatives and technology integration. Brent S. has also contributed as a Data Science student at Flatiron School and a coach at Upperline School of Code, emphasizing diversity and inclusive practices. Brent S. holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a BA in International Affairs from Skidmore College.
