Claudia Salazar

Claudia Salazar has a wide range of work experience across various industries. Claudia started their career as an Accounting Intern at Banco Santander Chile in 2000. From there, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Bucherenick & Fernandez Ltda. In 2001, they became an Accountant at CAFSA Ltda. before transitioning to Golf Ltda. as a Salesperson and later as a Distribution Coordinator.

In 2006, Claudia joined LATAM Airlines and took on roles as a Rates Analyst, Pricing Analyst, and Market and Pricing Analyst for Latam Cargo. Their responsibilities included analyzing and forecasting tons and rates, developing planning and analytical tools, and assisting with internal organization and processes. Claudia also led the implementation of Local Market Planning (LMP) in multiple countries.

In 2015, Claudia moved to Expedia Group where they worked as a Fraud Analyst. Claudia gained experience in fraud investigation, prevention, and real-time monitoring. Claudia was responsible for analyzing payment, abuse, and account take-over fraud.

Most recently, Claudia has been working at Harlem Next as a Payment Operations Manager. Their role involves managing payment operations and overseeing fraud analysis. Claudia is experienced in payment fraud, chargebacks, and working with multiple payment service providers. Claudia also has awareness of PSD2 and PCI DSS regulations.

Claudia Salazar has a diverse education history. Claudia obtained a Nederlands 1 degree in Dutch Language from Leiden University in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Latin American Studies and Public Policy from the same university in 2019-2020. Earlier in their educational journey, Claudia attended Universidad de Las Américas (CL) from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a BBA degree in Accounting and Auditing. Claudia started their academic career by completing high school at Instituto Comercial Arturo Prat from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Technical vocational high school - Accountancy.

In addition to their academic achievements, Claudia also holds certifications in the field of coffee. Claudia obtained a Barista certification from the Specialty Coffee Association in June 2021 and an Introduction to Coffee certification from the same institution in April 2021.
