Dorothy Flores

Dorothy Flores is an accomplished Program Director with extensive experience in social services and program management, currently serving at Harlem United since April 2022. In this role, Dorothy oversees all operational activities to ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain a safe environment for staff and residents. Previously, Dorothy held the position of Program Director at African American Planning Commission, Inc., where responsibilities included data analysis, report generation for funders, and collaboration with various teams to enhance service delivery. Earlier experience as Director of Social Services at Bronx Parent Housing Network involved managing a multi-disciplinary team while ensuring compliance with Department of Homeless Services regulations.
