Kristin Goodwin

Associate Vice President at Harlem United

Kristin Goodwin has a diverse work experience in the field of policy and advocacy. Kristin began their career at Gay Men's Health Crisis in 2007, where they served as a Manager of City Policy and Community Organizing. In 2008, they joined Housing Works as the Director of NYC Policy and Organizing, later transitioning to the role of Care Coordinator and eventually became the Managing Director of Access to Care. In 2014, they moved to Diaspora Community Services as the Director of Policy and Advocacy. Since 2015, Kristin Goodwin has been working at Harlem United, initially as the Managing Director of Testing Services and currently as the Associate Vice President.

Kristin Goodwin holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Ohio Wesleyan University, which they earned between 1995 and 1999. Kristin also completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Work -- Community Organization and Planning at Hunter College from 2005 to 2007.
