Maya Martin-Udry has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and public relations. Maya started as a Production Assistant at Wellesley Repertory Theatre in 2013, where they handled various artistic and logistical tasks. Maya then worked as a Communications Consultant for the Bill of Rights Defense Committee from 2017-2018, and as a Communications Consultant for the Sylvia Rivera Law Project from 2016-2019. In 2017, they joined the New York Legal Assistance Group as a Communications Coordinator, where they developed and implemented communication strategies, led fundraising campaigns, and oversaw rebranding efforts. Currently, Maya holds the position of Director of Communications and Public Relations at Harlem United, a role they started in October 2019.
Maya Martin-Udry obtained a Bachelor's degree in Women's and Gender Studies from Wellesley College between 2012 and 2016.
