Michael Rossi has a diverse work experience. Michael started their career as a SR. Counselor at Phoenix House in 1997, where they audited counselor clinical folders and maintained a caseload of 16 residents. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Vocational Director at Volunteers of America, overseeing ten employees and conducting staff trainings. Michael then joined Harlem United in 2007, initially as a Case Manager Coordinator, and later as a SW Case Manager Coordinator. In 2009, they moved to Volunteers of America-Greater New York as an Associate Program Director for the Next Step Program, where they managed case management resource development. Finally, in 2011, they returned to Harlem United as the Director of Operations.

Michael Rossi received their Academic degree in Academic from St. Thomas the Apostle in 1967. Michael then went on to complete their BPS in Human Services at Metropolitan College of New York from 2002 to 2005. Finally, in 2007, Michael earned their MSW in Social Work from Yeshiva University.
