Joe Soto

Joe Soto, CMP, is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience across various roles in the hotel industry. Currently serving as Principal at joe-soto.com since August 2016, Soto provides comprehensive support to hotels of all sizes. Prior to this, Soto was the General Manager at the Holiday Inn Brooklyn Downtown, overseeing a significant property that included 245 guest rooms and a full-service restaurant. Soto's career also includes roles as Corporate Sales Manager at Hilton Hotels Worldwide and National Sales Manager at the Richardson, TX Convention and Visitors Bureau, where responsibilities included managing large group bookings and developing strategic sales initiatives. Soto holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Project Management from Colorado State University Global, in addition to education from the University of North Texas.
