Stephanie Fitzgerald

Stephanie Fitzgerald is a seasoned educational leader with extensive experience in early childhood education and operations. Currently serving as the Impact & Operations Lead at Lorenzo's House and an Early Learning Adviser at Harlem Village Academies, Fitzgerald has held numerous leadership roles, including Managing Director for Early Learning at Harlem Village Academies and Executive Director at Montclair Community PreK. With a history of driving quality early education initiatives, Fitzgerald has contributed to impactful organizations such as the Rodel Foundation, where expertise in education transformation is applied. A former Head of the Early Learning Center at Whittle School and Studios, Fitzgerald has demonstrated a commitment to innovative educational models and faculty development. Fitzgerald holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Harvard University.
