Ben Goldie is an experienced rugby coach currently serving as the Academy Coach at Harlequins since September 2019, focusing on talent identification for U14 to U16 athletes. Previously, Ben held multiple roles at Chobham Rugby Football Club Limited, including Rugby Development Officer, where responsibilities included coaching junior age groups and supporting player and coach development. Ben also led the Academy Programme as Head Coach, fostering the transition of junior players to senior rugby. Additional coaching experience includes serving as Senior Assistant Coach at Hampshire Rugby Football Union Limited and County Rugby Coach for London Irish Rugby Club. Educationally, Ben earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Essex and attended St George's College Weybridge and St John's Beaumont Preparatory School.
