Gerard Mullen

Gerard Mullen is a skilled rugby coach currently serving as the Skills and Transition Coach, Academy Coach, and Head Coach for Harlequins Women since September 2020. Mullen also holds the position of Attack and Backs Coach at London Scottish RFC from July 2022 to June 2024. Prior experience includes being the Head Coach for Loughborough Students RFC and various coaching roles at Loughborough University, St Mary’s University, and University College London. Mullen has played professionally for London Scottish RFC, London Welsh Rugby Football Club, and Esher RFC. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sport Management from Loughborough University and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Coaching Science from St. Mary’s University, along with an Irish Leaving Certificate from Clongowes Wood College.
