Luke Northmore is a professional rugby player for Harlequins, bringing a robust background in sports science and coaching. Luke completed a degree in Strength, Conditioning, Rehabilitation & Massage at Cardiff Metropolitan University from September 2016 to June 2019. Prior to becoming a professional athlete, Luke served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Youth Physical Development Centre from September 2018 to June 2019, where Luke coached youth athletes aged 8 to 18 in various sports including gymnastics, tennis, and basketball.
