Daniel Lochen

Daniel Lochen is an accomplished business analyst and leader with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Business Analyst at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since March 2023, Daniel previously founded Reward Rails and held the position of Senior Business Analyst at Northwestern Mutual. Daniel's expertise in Agile methodologies was further developed while acting as Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Northwestern Mutual and as Scrum Master at Willis Towers Watson. Daniel's career began as a Business Analyst and Early Career Development IT Associate at Aon Hewitt. Daniel holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.
