Iwan Steiner

Iwan Steiner is an experienced professional currently serving as the Country Manager for DACH and Switzerland at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since May 2016. Prior to this, Iwan owned IS Gastro GmbH, offering expertise in the restaurant industry from May 2011 to December 2024. Iwan also held the position of Managing Director at ARC automobiles Apollo SA from October 2012 to April 2016, focusing on customer engagement and problem-solving. Earlier experience includes roles such as Dealer Development & Retail Financing Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Product Manager at Mazda (Suisse) SA from May 2002 to September 2012. Iwan holds multiple degrees, including a General Executive MBA in Business Administration from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Master's degree in Economics from the same institution, a Management & Research Processing degree from Georgetown University, and is currently a Doctoral candidate in Business Administration at INSEEC Grande Ecole, specializing in Change Management and Organizational Ambidexterity.
