Javier Romero

Javier Romero serves as the Head of Strategy and Business Development at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since July 2022, focusing on the growth and transformation of the iconic motorcycle brand. In addition, Javier is the Founder of Hausy.mx, a residential real estate brokerage utilizing technology to assist clients in finding homes that suit their lifestyles. Javier also holds positions as an Associate Partner at Galera and has been an Investor and Developer at Grupo Vive Urbana since January 2014, where residential developments align with urban lifestyle needs in Mérida, Yucatán. Furthermore, Javier is an Investor and Director at Rancho San Joaquin, managing sustainable cultivation of tropical hardwood species in Yucatán. Prior to these roles, Javier was a Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group from January 2000 to December 2018, leading consultant teams across various practices. Javier earned an MBA in Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.A. in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
