Jim Williams is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in electrical engineering, primarily within the automotive sector. Williams served as a Principal Engineer for Advanced Engineering at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from October 2011 until retirement, focusing on electrical system architecture and innovation for the company's future. Prior to this role, Williams worked at Harley-Davidson as a Principal Engineer for Core EE Systems and held various positions, including EE Systems Staff Engineer and Senior Project Engineer, specializing in vehicle wiring system design for all motorcycles. Earlier in the career, Williams worked at Stoneridge Electronics from 1991 to 1999, undertaking roles such as Test Engineer, Plant Engineer, Sales Engineer, and Design Engineer.
