Julie Purcell

Julie Purcell is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in compliance and legal affairs. Currently serving at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since August 2025, Purcell previously held the position of Senior Counsel, Compliance at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts from July 2021 to June 2025. Prior roles include Compliance, Marketing & Privacy Counsel at Valvoline Inc. (September 2016 - July 2021), Assistant Director of Compliance at the University of Connecticut (October 2013 - September 2016), and Assistant Director of SA & Legal Affairs at the Horizon League (August 2012 - June 2013). Early in the career, Purcell worked as a Compliance Intern at the University of Louisville and a Governance Intern at the Big Ten Conference. Purcell earned a Juris Doctor from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Institutions from Northwestern University.
